Wow. I wish I could have been in Seattle for this! An outdoor concert with J. Cole, Drake and Mary J. Blige on the same bill? Incredible!
Mary J. Blige is still such an incredible live performer. It dawned on me last Sunday watching her perform with Drake at the VMAs, and then this performance right here was the icing on the cake!
If anyone has links to more videos or the full concert, please let me know!
This was incredible; especially “Airplanes” with Melanie Fiona. B.o.B should have had her replace Hayley at the BET Awards instead of Keyshia Cole’s disaster. Does anyone think Robin Thicke on “Nothin’ On You” sounds super dope and he almost outshines Bruno Mars on that joint? Anyways, check the additional videos after the jump…
John Legend, The Roots and Common go through some dope joints in L.A, including their current single “Wake Up Everybody” (sans Melanie Fiona), and the classic collaboration “They Say” from Common’s 2005 critically acclaimed album “BE”.

I debuted a new song from my upcoming album on Friday, July 16th, 2010 at the ALREADY HOME Concert in St. Paul, MN at Eclipse Records, featuring Kiddricc and Ronnie Brown.
“Any Day Now” features Minnesota vocalist “Dominoe Chyea” and was produced by JT Evans.

I needed to see these this morning. I woke up from an inspiring dream, and am just in the mood for hip-hop and seeing people live out their dream and become successful. You wanna know why I admire these dudes, and some of my other favorite artists so much; contrary to their personal beliefs and all of that, I admire the fact that they set out to do something from being nobody and nothing and made it happen for themselves. That’s the only thing anyone in life should be worried about, in whatever you’re doing. Conceive a dream and then execute it.
Hit the jump for additional performance by Eminem on “Not Afraid” (The best performance of that I’ve seen so far) and Jay-Z’s “On To The Next One”, and then Eminem’s TOP TEN ADVICE FOR KIDS and the full Jay-Z interview
Yeezy’s back! Are y’all ready world?
Just like Ray-J with Kim, Drake is the cosigner of Nicki on stage, saying she’s the baddest WOMAN to do this rap thing, contrary to what Lil Kim or anybody else is talking about. From the chemistry those two have, I swear they will REALLY get married (“I love Nicki Minaj, I told her I’d admit it…”) and be the next Jay x Beyonce Style Power Couple. Remember, I said it first…lol.I must say, Nicki IS looking mad cute lately.

I woke up this morning and this was already on YouTube! Shoutout to MrBassMan4 for uploading this! Shoutout to the KREDENTIALS, the live band collaborating with me at the show, as well as the homey DJ Advance of 3 Way Ent. on the 1s & 2s, Christina Fisher and Himes Alexander on background vocals and Hypel on the hypeman swag…lol.
Y’all don’t understand how excited I was to see this. This is about as close as we’ll probably ever get to seeing Drake rap COMEBACK SEASON joints live…lol.
I wonder if he knew he’s one day perform the song with Goapele when he made it…
He walked on mad smooth too, like it was just Pharrell or somebody hopping up there with Jay…lol. GRAND OPENING, GRAND CLOSING.
My release party turned out to go pretty well. The homey Toki Wright came through on the hosting tip and I had a great time! DREAMER’S POETRY OUT NOW!
